What this website does with your data.

No cookies are set. None. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

No analytics, and no third-party requests at all. Every stylesheet, script and image on these pages comes from this site. No fonts are fetched from anyone, no tracking pixel is loaded, nothing is embedded from another company, and no measurement product of any kind is installed. Loading this page contacts exactly one server. You can confirm that in your browser's network panel, which is a better form of assurance than this paragraph.

The one thing we cannot claim is zero. This site is served from ordinary static hosting, and hosting providers keep standard access logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. We do not build profiles from them and we do not join them to anything. They exist because that is how web servers work, and pretending otherwise would be the sort of thing this page is meant to be the opposite of.

There is a small amount of JavaScript on the enquiry page, served from this site. Its only job is to compose an email in your own mail client when you submit the form. It sends nothing on its own and contacts nothing.

What we collect: your name, your work email, your kitchen or company name, and — only if you choose to fill them in — a city and state, a rough camera count, and a message. Nothing else. We do not ask for a phone number, and there are no hidden fields.

Why we collect it: to reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so the next person you speak to knows what was already said. That is the entire purpose. We do not use it to train anything.

We do not sell it, and we do not share it. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with partners. There is no mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from — if you stop replying, you stop hearing from us.

How long we keep it: for as long as we are talking, and then in our email archive for a year. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Where it goes: to our own inbox. If your browser opened your mail client when you submitted the form, then what you typed went from your machine to your mail provider to ours, and no one else was in the path.

If you are a California resident you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to founders@annetra.com and say which. We will not ask you to create an account to exercise a right, and we will not treat you differently for having exercised one. If you are outside California, ask anyway — the process is the same and we are not going to make you argue about jurisdiction.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to offer. We do not knowingly collect anything from children; this is a page about commercial kitchen equipment.

This page does not cover you, and it would be wrong of us to imply that it does. Your employer is the business that decided to install cameras and it owes you a notice at collection describing what is collected and what your rights are. Ask them for it — they have it, and posting it is a condition of running a pilot with us.

What we can tell you is what the software does, which is on how it works, including the parts that are unfinished. The two claims worth knowing: it produces no report about any individual and cannot be made to, and it cannot recognise a face — the only thing it does with faces is blur them, on a box in your building, before the picture is stored anywhere.
